The Supplier Account Manager is set up as an Administrator in the SAP Fieldglass framework and can add additional Supplier Users as needed. Registration emails are sent to the main contact (provider account manager) provided by the purchaser service. After the CAA has been signed, an invitation to register for the SAP Fieldglass application will be sent. A supplier company must sign a Fieldglass Contractor Access Agreement (CAA) before the supplier’s account can be created.
